Mrs. Turner joined the Highway Patrol in 2007 to serve as
the coordinator of Families of Highway Fatalities, a
federally grant-funded program. FHF provides a way for
families who have lost someone in a collision to use their
experiences to promote safety efforts and prevent future
fatalities. FHF also provides peer support services.
