Ms. Hoover has been with the SC Department of Public Safety since 1996. She worked with the Office of Highway Safety for seven years until joining the South Carolina Highway Patrol in 2004. Ms. Hoover assists the Community Relations Officers’ and commander in scheduling safety events, developing assessment tools for activities and campaigns, analyzing statistical data to direct safety efforts and assisting with victims’ issues.
