Current:
Part of a statewide team of troopers designated to speak to
the media about Highway Patrol issues and educate the public
about highway safety issues through presentations and other
safety programs geared toward diverse audiences: from preschoolers to senior drivers.
Professional Experience:
• Joined The South Carolina Highway Patrol in 1997. Assigned to Troop 3 (Spartanburg)
• 1998 – Transferred to Troop 4 (Cherokee)
• February, 2010 - Assigned to Patrol Headquarters with primary duty as Community Relations -
Public Information Officer in Troop 4
Certifications:
• M.A.I.T. Associate for Cherokee/ Union Counties
• Selected as a Field Training Officer (FTO) numerous times
• Speed Measurement Device (SMD) Operator
• Breath Test Operator
Personal:
• Married with one child.
• Native of Gaffney, SC
Memberships/Hobbies:
• Member of Victory Baptist Church of Gaffney, SC.
• Graduate of Andersonville Theological Seminary and Victory Baptist Bible Institute
