Date/Time:October 15, 2005, at 11:58 p.m.
Location: U.S. 29, four miles north of Anderson.
Description: A stolen 1998 Ford sport utility vehicle towing a utility trailer was traveling
South on U.S. 29. The Ford SUV drove left of center striking a 1987 Honda
Accord head-on. An occupant in the Honda died from injuries sustained in the
collision. The driver of the stolen vehicle then fled the scene on foot.
