Location: S.C. 707 (Socastee Community)
Description: A pedestrian attempting to cross S.C. 707 was struck and killed by a white four
door Mercury. The driver of the vehicle got out of the car and fled on foot.
Witnesses describe the driver as a Hispanic female.
