Location: Old Camden Road (Secondary 23) 6 Miles West of Hartsville
Description: Pedestrian was struck and killed by unknown vehicle shortly after midnight. The
driver and vehicle fled the scene and have not been located. A vehicle of
interest has been indentified as a Black 1991-1994 Chevrolet truck or SUV.
Vehicle may have damage to front, front side, and/or windshield areas.
