Location: I-77 North Bound at the 81 Mile Marker
Description: A gold or light brown mini-van was involved in 3 vehicle collision with a red
pickup
and a black BMW that resulted in the death of the BMW driver. The mini-van left
the scene and is described as possibly having Ohio tags and a tag frame with the
name "Mike's" on it.
