Location: Hard Scrabble Road near Summer Valley Subdivision
Description: A 4 year old child was struck and killed by a vehicle traveling north on Hard
Scrabble Road around 4:18 AM after he had wandered out of his home. The
vehicle failed to stop at the scene and has not been identified.
